At one point I completely changed my mind on what stone I was putting in, she had helped me make my final decision and there was no problem with me making the change before the cutting began. Adam the owner was just as professional and the installation of my granite went off without any complications. I have a large counter and needed a seam which is flawless and practically invisible which is everyone's biggest fear that it might not be. My kitchen countertop is GORGEOUS.
