The instructors are phenomenal and take the time and patience to help each student advance while developing their strength, coordination, and skills. The birthday parties are the best- the kids have a great time while getting good exercise too. My experience was so good that I just started working out there as a student in the adult class and I enjoyed it- awesome workout. Excellent school and great experience for me. ”
