  I have been a customer of Habberstad BMW for several years, and I highly recommend it to others. It has state-of-the-art facilities, a car wash, and top-notch staff and salespeople. When my old BMW lease was getting close to expiring and I started looking at options for the next lease, Tom Drake worked with me to help me find the right BMW that would fit my needs and budget. He was friendly, easy-going, and patient, and made the whole lease renewal process comfortable and pressure-free. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I plan to work with him again for my next lease.

  Amazing experience with Tom Drake and Habberstad. When my Audi was totaled in a car accident, I had to buy a replacement over Thanksgiving weekend or start making out of pocket rental payments every day. Tom not only found me the perfect vehicle (an extremely rare Carbon Black M style) but delivered it on Black Friday at a price that my local dealership couldn’t touch. Throughout the experience he and the Habberstad team were thorough, understanding and amazing listeners and problem solvers. If you are in the market for a new luxury car or truck, I can’t recommend Tom and Habberstad more highly.

  Had an awesome experience working with Audra Pittel for my X5 lease renewal. I actually chose to call Audra based on existing reviews on the Habberstad website and was certainly not disappointed. Right from the get go she was upfront and straightforward about what she could and could not do for me. Have to applaud her patience for working with me and accommodating my somewhat challenging requests. She was willing to work towards a win-win solution which helped build trust, and ultimately resulted in successful deal. She was always prompt, professional and personable. I am glad I called Audra and would love to work with her again in the future.

  This is the first positive experience I’ve had buying a car from a dealership. I really felt like I wasn’t being flattered and tricked. Tom Drake is a really helpful and friendly professional and you don’t get the idea he’s being anything less than honest. The facilities are also beautiful, recently remodeled, and everyone there is great. Glad to be part of this family.

  My experience at this dealership was beyond top notch. Maria is a true professional and she is patient and answers any and all questions you may have that are related to the purchase or lease of your new car. The manager Paul, is also a gentleman and his assistance was greatly appreciated. Sabrina in the finance department made the transaction as simple and pleasant as possible. I will definitely be using this dealership for my future purchases. Thank you
