“Excellent school. I have two children ages 9 and 11 attending since pre k. Both love it. My husband and I feel the school provides the best education on Long Island. Safe, nurturing environment. Very strong academically. Keeps children challenged. Teachers and administrators seem to really care and take an interest in each child. New head of school very dedicated and extremely receptive to concerns of students and parents. Willing to think outside the box and tailor education to individual needs. Wouldn’t trade this school for the world.”

We could not be happier.Dr Hoefer and all of the veterinarians we have seen there have been excellent.they are very compassionate and always care for my parrot in a top notch manner. I have complete confidence in their clinical skills and their cage side manners get an A+.The support staff is helpful too. Very nice women there. The office always goes the extra mile to help in any way the can. i cannot say a single bad word about them. Always kind and professional. I also board our parrot there with complete confidence that she will not only be well cared for but that she'll have a great time and be treated like family there- like one of the flock. Update: our parrot fell ill (is better now) and the care the bird received there was 1st Class. Very attentive and caring. I was always promptly informed of any results and updates. Not that I wanted to undergo this experience but it showcased the commitment and expertise of the doctors and the staff. I see a lot of reviews commenting on the cost of care. Good care for any animal can be costly. The expert care by all of the Vets at Island Exotics is totally worth it. I find their prices competitive or better than other exotic Vets I have seen. And you can't put a price on the expert care and great staff they have at that office.”

“Dr. David - Another flawless visit to your office! Your attention and care to me and my children (ages 13, 7, and 5) is really off the charts. All had a successful visit - both in the chair and in the lobby while we took turns. All appointments ran right on time. I couldn't ask for more attention to their care. You even managed to pull a baby tooth for my 7 year old that didn't want to let go -- and without a tear! Truly amazing!! I actually had a little trouble getting them to leave when we were done because they were so comfortable. The rating system here doesn't have enough stars for Plosky dental!”

“When you are wondering what to do to solve a problem with your car, you can count on some help. Last night a warning light came on indicating an engine problem requiring fluid. Did on-line search for nearest AutoZone. Found one nearby in Huntington Station, NY and open late, until 9, on a Sunday night. Front of store had overhead lights facing downward making an under the hood assessment easy. Sales person knew that some foreign cars manufacturers use special formulas. He had it in stock. Bought it . Put coolent into car in case needed. Was given advice on how to reach Help when driving through cell phone dead zone which was on my route - 911 will reach police in those zones. ????Delighted with service and dollar value. Highly recommended, and a place that cares enough to protect my safety.”
