My wife and I went for our Moderna COVID booster shots today, and despite having several people waiting and doing 6+ things all at once, she was VERY COURTEOUS and ACCOMMODATING to our request as walk-ins. She was pleasant and interacted professionally with ALL the customers waiting for vaccine shots. A "REAL" CARING PERSON she is! What a wonderful experience today because of her. She deserves a raise and more ancillary staff. And, as a retired physician myself, I know just how challenging healthcare delivery can be.
