Quiet area, peaceful and CLEAN session space, and wonderful energy ! Shafeena is an absolute delight. She’s very attentive and thurough. I wish sessions were more often. Although, it has taken some time for Hilaire to become known, the new management here is exquisite. They pay attention to needs and handle any concerns with the utmost respect and courtesy in a timely matter. It is clean and has a great home feeling. There will always be families who dislike certain things and that is with EVERY NURSING HOME. They make you feel comfortable and that is important. “This is my go-to from home Subway restaurant. The people who work there are uniformly great, always big smiles, and always willing to help. At this point I think they recognize me too, ????✌️ I think about half my calories come from Subway sometimes. They made some recent improvements to the parking lot there too which is a good thing, I think the town forced the owners to do it. And also they've straightened out the traffic.”

“I was out-patient here for a good month and honestly my experience was fine. The staff was really nice to me and I formed great bonds with them. On my last day, they gave me lincoln logs that I used to play around with because I always talked about how I wanted them. The food is alright, the kids are alright. I didn't really form any bond with anyone expect the staff I hung out with. I don't know what life is like inpaitent but I have heard some pretty bad things from friends when i went to a BOCES.”
