My only reason for 4 stars is the RV's are older! 5 stars for Service from the store, Benny and the call center!! 4.5 stars for the RV. We are looking to buy but wanted to see if the standard size (Class C) RV is a good size to live in and enjoy while traveling. “I had ordered online an outside Christmas snowman and was told I could pick it up at store in Bay Shore. When I got there it was no where to be found. Cindy , the young lady at pick up for online purchases, went out of her way to tract down this snowman. She saw that another store had it and sent someone to pick it up and said they would call as soon as it arrived. Sure enough a young lady by the name of Kerry called to say they had it for me. These two young ladies where so pleasant and I can't thank them enough for their care .While I shopped a little more two other employees took time to direct me to the area I needed and said if they could be of any more help just ask. Love this customer service which you cannot find very often any more. ”

“She fabricated seating for a large banquette and pillows. She was very knowledgeable about different fabrics and helped us choose one that would hold up to kids and their kitchen table spills. We requested our cushions be removable so we could launder the fabric and she was able to do that. Items were completed skillfully, on time, and for a good price. I would recommend her to others. Don't let the not-so-updated showroom deter you. She knows her stuff- a diamond-in-the-rough”
