  Love this gym been coming here for about 4 years now, I train with Anthony from Method Training. Hes such an amazing trainer and really has changed my physique night and day. Golds has changed a lot in a GREAT way. The staff is ALWAYS so great, always greeted anytime i have a membership issue I always go to Serena or Viviana two of the nicest, kindest girls ever always answer my questions and solves my problems! Over all such a great experience at this gym every time

  While I enjoy the gym for the most part. I gotta say the staff’s ability to comprehend that there are a lot of members who are constantly working and come to the gym simply to do what they have to do and leave. I think I may have hurt there feelings because I always have my hood up and headphones on and am either on the phone or sending emails. So because I can’t hear anyone speaking without taking out my headphones there has been a lot of attitude thrown out and when they receive it back they get offended. While I understand we are in a time now where everyone is hyper sensitive. However being part of my family’s business sense birth hyper sensitivity has no place in any work place. I can understand they are kids but they should understand everyone is different and not everyone is gonna praise them because they stand at the front counter at Golds Gym
