“Being in the Travel and Tourism industry myself, I tend to expect more from others in the same industry. I had been a Luther Sales client for a few furniture contracts, and when I found out they also did Vacation Getaway's as well, I was intrigued. I went to the site and applied.. I had some technical difficulty with the applications process. I will admit, I got very frustrated and I complained back and forth via email trying to get help. I felt passed around from agent to agent without any resolution. I sent a scathing email , AND posted a negative comment on FB. Then, when I just about to give up, I got an email from Michael Morolla @ Vacationwiser asking me to call him. He took charge of the situation and in a matter of minutes..He had my credit line approved, and I finalized my booking today. What Michael doesn't know is, I had a very rough year last year. I had several angioplasty surgeries, then finally open heart surgery. It was a horrific time for sure. My husband supported me so much, physically, mentally, and financially..He works 12 hours a day 5 days a week and the trip we are taking is a surprise for him.
