“I was referred to Robert by a friend and he sent someone out within 48 hours. He told me the price and he gave me details on how to prepare for the visit - washing, vacuuming, etc. He was very reassuring on the phone and was extremely empathetic, compassionate and responsive. The representative, Louis (it seems like the same person from the previous review) was even more knowledgeable, thorough with explanations, directions on how to combat the issue after treatment and preventative measures for any future infestations. Louis was friendly, respectful, courteous in my home, and interactive through the treatment process. He responded to my inquiries and concerns professionally and thoroughly. “Excellent service! Came right over and helped us! We had a bit of a strange situation but my cat somehow found her way into my heating vents. I was in a panic and tried to call numerous people (animal control, FD, our heating company) and either people didn't answer because it was a sunday night, or they couldn't help me. I tried to find another company that was near me and had 24 hr service that knew something about heating vents and I came upon GJS. He came right over (within 10 minutes) and looked at all of our vents (including climbing into my crawlspace basement where a lot of the duct work is to look everything over), explained where she might be and where she couldn't be, and gave us excellent suggestions to find her. We didn't find our cat while he was here but he only charged us an extremely small amount considering all the time he spent to help us look and go over all of our vents. I will be definitely calling him in the future for any heating/ ac problems I may have!”

“Eddy the service technician was very professional, courteous, and thorough. His service was outstanding. (Note: 5 star rating is ONLY for the excellent service provided by the service technician Eddy!) The call center was less than satisfactory. I had a service date of 2/13/2015, originally scheduled. I took a day off from work for the appointment. At 6:30AM on 2/13/2015 I received a phone call stating that the service tech would be at my home between the hours of 9AM & 11AM. I later received a phone call from the service center at 9:45 AM stating that the service tech had called in sick. I explained that I had lost a days work for this appointment. Common courtesy would dictate a follow up appointment should be made by Sears for the following day which was Saturday. I guess that it is not Sears policy, as they wanted to schedule another weekday appointment, after already explaining that I had lost a day's work. Finally, I was able to get an appointment for Saturday 2/28/2015. I have never had a problem with the Sears technicians, their call center should take lessons from the field technicians.”

“Called on 11-19-18 and spoke with Lisa. Very personable and very helpful. Explained everything detail. Lisa even went back in her records and found that the previous owners had used their services in 2006 and knew the layout of the cesspool, overflow etc...It was purely by chance that I called this company after reading the reviews. I thought I’d have to wait a week or so for an appointment. Not so. Lisa scheduled me for an appointment after 2pm for the very next day. Tommy called before heading over to let me know his ETA and showed up less than 30mins later, and Hector, his associate, came a few minutes after. Both men were very professional. Very courteous and helpful. Explained everything in detail and even checked to see if a seal was broken on my toilet and took it from there. The men worked together like a well oiled machine. Took a full assessment of the situation and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars. Nicest and most professional men. I could not have been more pleased with their service and professionalism. Top notch. I’d refer Ray Scudder to anyone. PS: Lisa is the best! She really knows her stuff and there are no gimmicks. She returns calls promptly and is very helpful.”
