“I attended the week-long Mediation for Peace program and feel like I experienced not just a full reset but an upgrade. I enjoyed every bit of my time there, though it took a couple of days to drop into the flow of the Ashram. The staff and teachers are all welcoming and knowledgeable. I met wonderful people amongst the various guests. The food was delicious and more than enough--yes, even though there were only 2 meals. I honestly feel that I've found practices that will sustain and nourish me for the rest of my life. The visit was so transformative that I'm returning with my partner in August for another week long program in August.”
