Super friendly staff! I came in for an appraisal on a Rolex and they were kind enough to let me try on some of their high end watches for a potential future purchase. Will be back!

Steve and the folks at Tarrytown Jewelers are fair, professional, they kept to an exact timeline every step of the way, and are just extremely enjoyable to work with.

Even In the Covid era, and out of state, it was almost like a red carpet purchasing experience. They value the customer.

I had a great experience buying two watches at Tarrytown Jewelers. It started with a very professional interaction with Josh who sent over more in depth pictures of the watch I was interested in. I then decided to visit the store to see the watch in person. Unfortunately Josh was off and I met Ricki! She was great. Her personality and condor were perfect for me. She allowed me to look at several other watches and then decide upon the final two. I then met Steve, the owner, who worked with me on the price and now I am a faithful customer. Thank you for a great experience.

Ricki is an absolute jewel! I never imagined I would feel as comfortable as I did buying a luxury good remotely, but she knocked it out of the park. I also briefly dealt with Monica who was also pleasant and highly efficient. 10/10 would recommend Tarrytown Jewelers, I've been singing their praises since I received my item a whopping 20 hours after payment was received. Cant wait to work with them again!
