(October 28, 2018, 2:36 pm)Beautiful foyer. Wonderful setting for events, but the rooms haven't been updated. No ventilation fan in the bathroom. Mattresses had squeaky coils - basic mattress. Dresser drawers stick.
Nonetheless, the housekeeping staff was wonderful- polite and respectful. The hotel staff was tremendously helpful despite a very busy weekend. -

(October 14, 2018, 6:06 pm)I stay at this property every year and every year I am greeted with a smile and friendly staff. Everything is great from the front desk they check you in and give you 1 or 2 warm cookies to the housekeeping services. Thank you for always providing me with great services

(September 13, 2018, 4:35 pm)Awesome lobby that reminds of a cozy ski lodge - warm fires, comfy chairs, tall wood beam ceilings. This hotel has a bit of an odd layout, with many conference rooms causing guest rooms to be widely spread. Digital check in was a breeze and they even had water bottles and an addressed note waiting for me in the room! Room was fine. Location is great, close to the Hudson and many bars and restaurants. I would stay here again .

(August 12, 2018, 10:41 pm)I would like to start by saying I did not stay at the hotel but attended a wedding here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and served quickly. All the rooms were set up beautifully. Highly recommend!
