No workout is ever the same, you will leave exhausted and it is nothing to be alarmed by - what you put in you will get out of it. Andrew and his staff provide a great environment for you to get the best out of each session. The music is on point - usually House/Hip Hop (my personal favorite to work out too). The studio is always spotless and sanitized at all times - especially after every class. I joined in April and have seen fantastic results - the best out of any competitive gym ( Orange Theory, Personal Trainer, etc.). If you are looking for a structured workout and can spare the 45 minutes - I highly recommend giving it a try!”
