Was my first visit to this location.Happy with the experience overall. Was able to get answers to my questions and treatment plans. Everyone was kind and professional.
I've been around Doctors and medical facilities my entire life. I find their entire operation of the highest quality. This is something the enormous medical groups that gobble up entire region partnered with cutting edge medical centers in the area don't understand; corporate bottom lines don't fix what ails the human body. Open door does.
Dr Wu was exceptionally kind. This was my first visit, introduction and what hadn’t expected to experience was the full focus, time & undivided attention he so willingly gave. There is something very special about those moments too rarely offered, when time stands still and earnest connection buds from the just right, required juxtaposition of conditions.
His genuine interest in knowing me, his care to gain understanding presented with a most unassuming air of approachability, the disguise to only an even greater demonstrated knowledgeability, expertise—all of which he was all too happy to adeptly break down into a vernacular of immediate understanding.
Having not been able to provide myself with, well any routine physical medical services in too Year’s, a deep source of shame & embarrassment, the absence of judgement in face of my already stressed fears made all the difference. The difference between long-standing percolating anxiety—which to rhythm of months, years, the anniversaries of years exacerbated in accrued lapse—finally dissipating, thanks to Dr. Wu. In such Visit accomplished the hardest thing to do: start. Thank you & all staff met, never more confident in security of knowing without doubt, whatever treatment/services may need on road to come, I will be well cared for—in good hands. Gratefully, Meredith L.
