“I snapped my rear axle on Thursday night while driving in from MA. Marco from Kartech had a chance to look things over and make some calls Friday afternoon. The van was ready to drive home Saturday evening. Great work, price was lower than I expected. My only "complaint" is that it took them a couple of hours to return my initial call–but since they are super busy fixing a lot of cars, this is not about poor customer service, but rather the opposite: they are helping way more customers than I have seen at other shops of similar size. It's worth the wait.”
