  I usually don’t like going to car dealerships but DCH Toyota City is the new standard! From the moment I walked in I was treated like family. The facility is clean and beautiful with 15 cars in the showroom for you to check out. Marc was incredibly patient with me to make sure that I found the car that was right for ME. Joe and everyone else I met were incredibly helpful and nice. From now on when I buy a car I’m going straight to DCH Toyota City- why waste my time anywhere else?

  What a great experience at DCH Toyota City! From the front to receiving the car! My sales person George Parker showed me that it wasn’t no hidden fees. That a plus for me, the staff was super friendly and helpful also. Job well done DCH TOTOTA CITY!

  Our service advisor Matthew Rivera always treats us with the utmost respect and honesty. Matthew goes out of his way to make our experience a positive one. If you bring any service coupons in he will try and honor them as well. Another great member of your staff is the cashier Craig Miller. From a kind word to an ever present smile, Craig makes you feel comfortable every time you see him. We have been going to DCH Toyota for over 20 years to service our vehicles. I look forward to continuing our relationship with them.

  I totaled my car and unexpectedly had to purchase a new one. My first car was paid off and given to me so I had no clue how to car shop and was extremely overwhelmed. After visiting multiple dealerships, who took advantage of me, I came to DCH because I was interested in a Toyota Camry. Every person I encountered at DCH was friendly and helpful. The first people I encountered were Victoria and Franklin. Victoria was so welcoming and raved to me about how great the new Camry was. Franklin was friendly and funny and after hearing my horror story, knew exactly what I needed and who I needed to speak to. I was turned over to Jonathan went above and beyond to help me get the price point I needed and also my very specific color preference. He spent as much time with me as i needed and went over my very repetitive thoughts and questions with the utmost patience. When he handed me over to Ginny, she made sure to be thorough in all of her answers to my questions about the car when we took it for a test drive. When I came to pick up the car, Joe made sure to give me a thorough tutorial on the entire vehicle - emphasizing the safety features and making sure I understood how to operate them all. This was extremely important to me because I am a nanny and often have children in my car. At the end of my visit at Toyota, Randy was the last persons I encountered and he was able to help me fully understand my lease and all the paperwork that was accompanied by it. He was transparent with me and gave me all the papers I needed to understand what we discussed. Overall, I'm so glad I came to DCH. Everyone was friendly and competent. I feel confident in my purchase that I was initially nervous and anxious about. Will definitely be returning!
