The strider is like an elliptical machine but smaller and you can do so much more on it like squats and arms. The cardiovascular workout is amazing. My body has gotten so much more toned since I started this class six months ago. I highly recommend trying Go Stride! The instructors are all great too!”

Now the front desk, the two young ladies are very sweet and respectful; however, the older lady with blond hair speaks with a tone of attitude. I suggest the owner trains her better in customer service. I will go back to this establishment only because Dr. Koyfnan is the best!”

I discovered the Boston Post Road McDonald’s on a road trip, and I was surprised how good the meal was. The dining experience is very nice. Tables are always cleaned promptly. I came in at 930 am today for 2 tires mounted and balanced and an alignment and walked out before noon with 4 tires, mounted and balanced, alignment, completely new brakes and an oil change and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.
