“Apartment hunting and came across this building. Luxary style apartments with valet parking and lounge in the entrance. Views of the water with outdoor balconies. East access to the metro North train station and bus right out front. Very very nice building indeed with work out room and parking. You must make 3 times the market rate of the apartment for example if apartment is 1000 a month you must bring in 3000 a month income. There are apartments for rent and also to buy. Definitely a great Company too very thoughtful about there amenities and on point with information you are seeking.”
