“I called and received no answer. I must admit that I was disappointed. Within a few minutes my phone rang and it was the tire shop. Unfortunately they did not have a used tire the size that my car used but a great prompt call back just the same. I might add that I tried five used tire shops between Yonkers and the Bronx and only one had a used tire that fit my car. So it was no small task to find a tire for my car. About a year and one half ago I went in with two new tires for my other car which they put on for me. They didn't even charge me to dispose of the old tires.”

I didn't realize in this day and age of Amazon and WalMart, where anything can be returned for any reason that it would be required but it was. And I admit I lost my cool and composure. The parts manager, Jose Ortiz, continued to treat me with respect no matter how frustrated and angry I got, remaining cool and persistent. Ultimately I realized it really was all my fault and apologized. Once I found the invoice Jose quickly took care of it. Thanks, Jose, for treating me so courteously in a moment I didn't deserve it. “Because they were so highly recommended on YELP, I called them for service, and they were terrific: on time, thorough, friendly, willing to explain what they were doing and reasonably priced. After the service, we left the house for a long trip. When we got back, there were some/few silver fish in the house. The company was right on top of it, and very willing to come back. The technician came back for a respray, and explained that it takes awhile for the problem to go away from the treatment he had done in the attic. Despite that, he resprayed. What great service! I'm very particular about service people in my home, and I can give them "Five Stars," without reservation.”
