“I was involved in a car accident on 9 8/22. I needed a ride. I was ride sharing until today. I stumbled across the vehicle I have here. I kept trying to find the car in my state (NJ) . I surrendered earlier this week (Tuesday) & went to White Plains, NY. I was assigned Melvin. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, accomadating and professional. He didn't try to handle or hassle me into a higher price vehicle. I appreciate that. The other part is that when I told him what time I was arriving, he had everything ready for me. I was literally in by 12/12:30 PM & out by 2 PM. Anyone who knows the car buying process knows that this is like the Express lane. Now I had a part. I knew what I wanted. I also would text him from overseas through What'sApp and usually got replies within a minute. John sent me a breakdown of the closing two days before the closing occurred. He is that prepared! He sent me emails from the closing with updates. Within 4 hours of the closing, I had received a wire in the UK for over $2,000,000 representing the net proceeds I was expecting. John Crane was actually worth double what I paid him...but don't send me a bill!”

“I’m so surprised by the bad reviews. We moved here in august of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic after having to search for a new apartment quickly. We found our 2bedroom unit quickly and moved in a month later. Maybe we got lucky and got an amazing apartment but I really have no major complaints. I live facing the water. Gorgeous views, especially since I live on the top floor. The appliances are brand new, all the rooms were remodeled. I love it. Maybe my only complaints are that the fridge model is a little small but all things considered it’s still nice and our second bedroom has no AC which I wish it did because it can get a bit stuffy but those are things we deal with. They’re not deal breakers. Neighbors are nice too!”
