I expected to be greeted by an outsourced 1-800 customer service representative. Look, If you are the Queen of England, you may just get your tea prepared and stirred for you by the over the top friendly staff, but its not the Waldorf Astoria. If you review for Google and would like to experience an "old and dated" hotel overlooking a golf course may I suggest the Hilton Garden in Marietta, Ga. My stay was quiet, safe, clean and comfortable with impeccable views from my balcony and was able to quickly park right at my door. Such nice people, I wanted to give back with a fair review.”

On my first visit, Kurt Glass in sales was very helpful explaining everything about the Legacy. We took a fairly long test drive and learned more about the car. A few weeks later, I went back for a quick visit, as I was going around to see how my car seat fit in the various cars that I was debating on. Carmine was working and was very helpful in getting me a car to test out. No questions asked and they were more than happy to help. A few weeks later I went back and put a deposit down on this car. They found me the exact car that I wanted within a few days. The "paper work" portion when I picked up the car took about 20-30 minutes. I was very happy about that! Everything was in order and I was at the dealership about 1 hour from start to finish when I picked up my new Legacy. Kurt showed me all of the ins and outs of the car.
