“I highly recommend Fit Body Bootcamp. The trainers are motivating and they keep you moving throughout the workout. The workout is 45 minutes long and the exercises are planned out in advance to target different parts of the body each day. You never have to waste time deciding what you are going to do. Each exercise is demonstrated and the trainers help you with your form if needed. There are modifications you can do if a particular exercise is not good for you due to injury or other issue. There are occasional “challenges” that help motivate you to push yourself to reach your goals. I did the 6 week challenge and “won” because I lost the most weight (16 lbs.). I think if you know you are doing your best and reaching your goals then you’ve already won, but it’s still nice to be acknowledged. It’s a nice environment with friendly people but you are able to stay focused and get in, do your workout, and get out and on with your day. There is an app to schedule your classes which helps keep you accountable for showing up. Darren, the owner is always responsive and available to help you with any questions and also provides suggestions for dietary choices to help maintain your goals. “Bartlett's most recent visit a few weeks ago was to trim and prune a number of branches and limbs that we we worried about as they were close to our house. They did a very thorough job with a four man crew and Laura, our Bartlett rep/advisor, managed the whole job very well. They also recommended installing a cable midway up one of the trees for stability between two large limbs during high winds, which we would not have known about. Bartlett has been our go-to tree company for many years and we highly recommend them and Laura.”

John wanted a bar area with draws and glass tops. Don was able to show us many designs and what would work. To stay within our budget. One of my pet peeves is dead corner space and I do not like the traditional lazy Susan. He was able to offer an upper corner cabinet and a French style lazy Susan that I love to show off. “A little gem hidden in Mount Kisco that everyone should check out. Their 24 hour braised short rib my family got was out of this world with perfectly cooked polenta. Everyone was sharing out of my dish, which was the ragu pasta, and we almost ordered one just for the table with how much we enjoyed it. Fun atmosphere and super nice staff! The building itself is so beautiful inside, and the added on tables and light fixtures they put in really help amp up the charm. I highly recommend coming here, even if just for drinks as their bar is amazing; It's also owned by the same restaurant group as Exit 4, another highly loved place in Mount Kisco.”
