“I rented at this location because of its vicinity to my home; I found it to be fine. It's what they call a "neighborhood location" and it's located inside a gas station (BP). I have rented here twice and both times had no issues. Yes, I can admit the first time the car wasn't perfectly cleaned out, but honestly same as other locations (ie the airport). There are not a lot of vehicle choices, but they employees are caring. The gas station makes it convenient to fill-up before rental return and the location made it easy to get to. I give them a B+”

“We rented a car through Expedia from Hertz. It was not big enough unfortunately, but I was luckily in an area where I was able to get one from a competitor. I’m giving this 5 stars because Carrie was extremely empathetic, professional and pleasant. When I reserved a full sized SUV I was expecting an Explorer. The full sized SUV they provided would have been fine if I wasn’t jamming 7 people plus bags in. Thank you to Carrie for trying to help and not losing your cool when I started to freak out! Everything worked out. Would use them again and read the car description better next time.”

“By far the best rental agency I have worked with.I know there are some bad rating,but I think it depends who you dealing with in the office.I had George,who helped me long way.when the pandemic hit,instead of charging me the regular $400 price for rental,he dropped it down to $200.it was big relief and help since there was no work at that time.most of the people stayed home.George is amazing and if you want a car,call the number ask for George. I was with them for 8 month,now I have my own car.but I would definitely suggest to go and find what they have to offer. “I needed a tow. I contacted my roadside assistance and they assigned Frank Brown Towing to pick my car up. I had the destination listed as the dealership. The driver, Billy, called to see what was going on. He asked if my car was still under warranty. I explained that it was not, but that I was sending my car to the dealership with the hope of being able to sell once the repair was done. He said this made sense, and otherwise he would have recommended a transmission place to save on the sticker-shock of a dealership. I appreciated him looking out for me. He was so nice and sweet on the phone. My boyfriend met him at the car to hand over keys. My boyfriend even commented on how nice Billy was and how quick the tow was. I had never interacted with Frank Brown towing before today, but if I ever need a tow again, I will definitely be contacting them!”

“The local staff at 1477 Main Street, Buffalo, NY are amazing. Smart, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The staff on the national phone lines, not so much. Gave much misinformation, when I questioned anything, the answer was pretty much that's how it is. They sent me first to the airport, knowing I had prepaid with a debit card. Airport staff stated they don't accept debit, only credit, and that national staff know that. So I had to change reservation to local Main Street shop. Had to take cab to both locations, costing me an extra $50-$60. Not happy with them. Very happy with Main Street staff.”
