“Great experience. 3 year old car wouldn’t start even after putting in brand new battery. I was stranded in Wally World parking low. Called for a tow through ford roadside, the driver called me back, gave me his status. He had a car on already but offered to stop by and try to help me jump it. Wouldn’t jump .... nothing. We spoke briefly and decided to take a quick look at the starter. Long story short, we found the problem and got my car running. Just got to the shop to get repaired. What more could you ask for? I mean the guy was knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and prompt. I avoided a towing charge, and was able to give the shop a good idea of what the problem was. Great work West End!”

“I have a lot of repeat business here, so they must be good. They are always extremely busy, but somehow they can fix your car in a day, or will call you if a part hasn't come in. It's called a tire place, but its essentially a repair shop that is part of a tire network. Joe the manager is knowledgeable and friendly; somehow he keeps his cool even on hectic days. Don't go looking for a bargain: his rates are standard and can add up quickly on a big job. So far, after 3 years I've never had a problem. Recommended.”

“So one of my pastors didn't see my car a couple of months ago and crunched it a bit. We got a couple of estimates for the repairs. Leroy worked with us and the price was right. I didn't want our pastor to be strapped with a huge bill so I opted to forgo some of the work. The car was repaired for $879 which I thought was a great price and when the car was complete....I was extremely happy. Leroy was able to work fix the one area I said we'd forgo. You would never have known there was a boo boo! Great work and highly recommend them!”

“So, bit on a long story but here goes. Live about 5 miles from the shop. Right after they had just opened my car battery was dead and I needed a jump. I called and they came over and got me started right up. To my horror I only had $8 cash on me. No problem they said. About a year goes by and now I have a vintage RV. It died in a busy intersection. Had it towed over to their shop figuring I owed them some business after their good deed to me. They had my RV up and running in 3 days. Took 2 days for the ordered part to come in. Not bad at all for a 1978 van. They sorted out the issue, inspected the vehicle for me, and I was on the road for a very reasonable sum. Two weeks later I’m back to the shop after a deer hit me coming home from a trip. The guys give it a look over and agree with my hopeful wish that the damage is all cosmetic. They tell me what to keep an eye on just in case and off I go at no charge. I tipped them for their time. Glad to have a new shop close to home that does good work at fair prices.”
