I had an issue with the rear windshield wiper motor on the car in which I had to return for service where my service advisor Carlos arranged the repairs on my vehicle and was very professional. They fixed my car very fast I was in and out with a complementary car wash. This dealership over all I had a good experience with and I totally recommend purchasing a car from here. We have a mutual client whose car needed to go to shop before they could take delivery. Before I could even get think about insurance, he already contacted me and said just send me vehicle info and let me know what day she is going to come and pick up. I have never been able to reach an agent on weekends, they are all usually closed. I took a shot and emailed him on his day off to see if he could still get me the card and binder or do I have to call the main line and HOPE they get it to me in a timely fashion. Not only did he respond in a timely manner but gave me exactly what I needed! Once again MATTHEW ANDREWS is hands down BEST AGENT I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
