“I visited this store yesterday and lost my wallet at the self-service checkout. This was at a very busy time (3:56 pm). I realized this when I got home (Bronx). I immediately called Guest Services. The young lady took my I information, put me on hold and went to check. My wallet was found, secured and returned to me (intact). The shifts were changing so I know I spoke to two different ladies. They were so helpful. This is not the first time that I have lost something in Target and I have lost and found. Kudos to your staff for their honesty. I thank you. A very happy customer!!”

“This particular Bed Bath and Beyond has undergone a renovation. I will say that the feel of this particular store is high end. That makes me more inclined to shop there. However, today was an even better day to shop there. I was looking for a particular item. When I found the item, I discovered that the packaging was severely damaged. At that moment, I took the item to the cashier. The idea was to get the product at a discount. Without going into detail, I was able to purchase a $20.00 item for $8.26. Needless to say that I am a very happy customer!”

“We used to live a block away from this store 11 years ago. I purchased a lot of things from this store that I still have 11 years later. I decided to re visit the store since they had an eye catching Christmas display. I absolutely loved going back after all these years. Prices are still reasonable and merchandise is good. I liked the fact their Christmas decorations were color coordinated. I found a lot of odds and ends things I needed. My cashier was very friendly. I was a little shocked when she said happy holidays and was in a very cheerful mood. Nowadays you don’t find people like her. I still remember her working there 11 years ago. I didn’t tell her I remember her since she didn’t recognize me. My shopping experience was great. Keep up the good work!!!”

“It's was fun going into a bed bath and beyond again. Little nostalgic. We were looking for curtains and it was fun looking through a bin to try to find the right length. We didn't find the right size so we will order online but it was nice to feel it before we buy it. Also were going to buy some soda steam stuff but they were out of stock so we will order online. We did buy towels but accidentally grabbed the wrong size. Apparently we picked up a bath sheet instead of a bath towel. Unfortunately, there was only one towel in that size and color so we will have to buy that online as well but again nice to feel in person. I also found these Junior mints but minis. They taste like regular Junior mints but you feel like a giant because they are so little.”

“This store is the messiest store I have ever seen in my life, yes, they have the best deals (hens the 4 star) I go there a lot because no one can compete with their shoe selection and their prices, the biggest issue I have is that you can find a shoe you love and it fits you and then you can't find the other pair but over all they have a huge selection of pretty much everything, you just have to come with enough time to find it. And talking about searching for things, you have to come with patience, they have 16 registers and only 4-5 are working, and the line ALWAYS stretches out of the boundaries. The workers are not a lit of help but if I would have worked in a store like this trying to keep up with the mess, I wouldn't be either, it must be extremely frustrating. Bottom line, if you never went there, you should. Practice your search and patience abilities ????”
