“Staff in Tallman office were pleasant and appointment went smoothly. Dr. Purohit also pleasant and respectful; listened to and validated our concerns and ordered appropriate lab testing and follow up. I suggest that their phone setup could be improved by more staff to take calls or voicemail for messages. (Calls sometime just ring and ring and have to hang up and try another time). Appointments can be far ahead we did have to wait a couple of months. Made the 3 month followup when we checked out.”

“New Year's Eve 12.31.2019 my stone happened to fall from my kidney and caused damage to my stomach. I ended up in Huntington hospital and Dr. Bergman left a New Years Eve party and his family to visit me around 10pm, spent at least 45 minutes of his time with me talking what are the next steps and removed stone the very next day. He made sure that I get peaceful room and informed my GP as well. Dr. Bergman is the finest example of human kindness and professionalism. He is genuine in his care for his patients and takes his time to explain to me everything. He finishes his appointment with: "Is there anything else that you would like me to answer or repeat?" There is no one better than him.”

“Dr. Richter has been our daughter’s pediatrician since she was born almost 9 years ago. He has helped us navigate various issues, not only related to our daughter’s physical health, but also our own concerns as new parents, what we should expect (and how can we support) in regards to her developmental and behavioral health, etc. He is thorough, holistic, and empowers not only the parents but the child during the visits We have never felt rushed out of the room, and after the visit he follows up via the portal and responds promptly to patient portal messages (within a day or so, those are not for emergencies). The office staff is capable and attentive, you can get appointments for sick visits within the same day and wait times are short. They have an on-call doctor 24/7 for evening emergencies. We feel so blessed to have such an amazing pediatrician in Dr. Richter to support and guide us through our parenting journey. We have also seen Dr. Hamlet during emergencies and she is also excellent, caring and highly competent. I wholeheartedly recommend Hudson Heights Pediatrics.”

After my primary suggested checking my eyes, I booked with Dr. Biser. He was amazing! Very thorough and detailed. He has a passion for what he does and it shows in this work. Excellent “bedside manner “ and very customer service oriented. If you have an urgent problem that need additional attention he WILL make you a priority-as he should- but still provide great attention to the other patients. I highly recommend him and will be sending family and friends to see him. Very pleasant staff members as well. I can’t remember the name of the reception but she is very patient and helpful. Best experience with an eye doctor so far!!!”
