“Customer service is key to any business. This past Saturday we view our family member. In the very beginning of our journey of getting a date & collecting money Franchy was the host who guide us. This Saturday, she was beyond great. Who ever did Our family member makeup and hair, did a horrible job. I would’ve given 3 star but my heart couldn’t. She offer to fix the makeup without no hesitation she did it. She offer to fix the hair but the makeup adjust was just perfect at the moment. Franchy is a true definition of a great customer service person ~ super professional, communication on point & best of all a person who has sympathy & empathy. Thank you so much for all your support. “I never thought I'd be writing a review for a crematory but Georgi deserve so many more stars than just five. I was at the vet and was told we'd likely need to make a decision about end of life options. We wanted a cremation but we didn't love the idea of our beloved cat passing away in a cold and sterile vet's office. We were lucky that he was not in much pain and were able to take him home. During that time I researched some things about cremation and I came across all the positive reviews for Breezy Nook. I was pretty positive that I would be bringing my cat back to the vet to be euthanized and that they would handle the cremation but what I didn't understand was that they send your pet off to be cremated at a place like Breezy Nook anyway. I called Georgi and she made me feel so reassured within the few minutes of our phone call that I knew I needed to take my cat to her. She gave me comfort in the fact that I had made the decision to let him pass at home and that she would be there for me the next day to help me through the rest of it. My beloved cat passed away in my arms that evening. I called Georgi in the morning and made plans to go over. While I was nervous about this entire process and felt a little uneasy, Georgi helped bring me closure that I didn't even know that I needed or could have gotten. She cared for my loved one the same way I care for him. She was gentle and loving. She allowed me to share stories about him and she shared stories about pets that have meant something to her as well. This type of connection and bond wouldn't have happened in a doctor's office. I left there finally feeling at ease knowing that he was safe and cared for. I know not everyone is allowed the benefit of having the option of choosing where to do this but if you found this review I assume it means you're lucky enough to be able to make this option. You won't regret choosing Breezy Nook and Georgi.”
