“We bought an entire house full of furniture and so far I’m fairly happy however having said that the one couch that Tony talked us into buying I woke up after falling asleep on it and I felt like I needed to go to the hospital my back is completely ruined it’s been about five hours and I’m still in terrible pain!! this Has to be the worst couch ever and I’m so sorry when I purchased it!!!! the rest of the furniture I bought so far is holding out good however after reading all of these reviews I’m a little nervous about the insurance thing because I purchased the insurance as well! We always hope that we never have to use it but in the event that I do I surely don’t want any runarounds like a lot of people here have spoke about....that would be awful. Other than that Tony was great to us we had just moved here from Las Vegas and he treated us well but oh my God I am so sorry about this couch I may put it on craigslist or something I don’t know it’s only two months old and it’s terrible!!!”

“My family has done business with them for over 10 years, since they were on Ave U. Mr. Ahmed is an amazing person and will go above and beyond with his customer service. However, unfortunately I have to agree with above comment about the manager there (Gino) he is definitely a very rude and incompetent person. Not sure how's the two work together because Mr. Ahmed is a very courteous and polite personality. Anyway, I have never been disappointed with the quality of carpets and installation nor have I been disappointed with the quality of the furniture or the price. You have to understand, you get what you pay for. If you're a perfectionist go to Raymour. They furnished both of my offices and have replaced my home carpets multiple times. They have had the same installation guys since 2003 and it's great to see them repeatedly. It insures you that the quality of the install will be on point. I don't know about the 3X markups, maybe Ginno does that when Mr. Ahmed isn't around but I've always gotten an amazingly low price, comparatively speaking. I do and would recommend with store to my friends and family. Cheers”

“My fiancee and I recently visited this location desperately in need of a new mattress. She has pretty severe scoliosis and has been waking up in pain for a long time now. When we came in, only about 30 minutes before closing, we were enthusiastically greeted by Joe who proceeded to show, explain, and let us experience every mattress that he thought would be best for her condition. Never in our lives have we met a more knowledgeable, honest, and friendly salesperson. It sounds extreme, but as excited as we were about the purchase we ended up making (which Joe got us an A-MAAAAZING deal on!) we were equally blown-away by Joe's personality and expertise. The mattress was delivered the next day in great condition and my fiancee has already noticed a huge difference. She's woken up well-rested and with a huge smile on her face ever since that first night. This is such a big deal and will hopefully vastly improve her quality of life day to day. We cannot thank Joe enough for his sincere no-pressure approach in helping us find just the right mattress for us. Mattress Firm should be very very proud of their employee who, IMHO, should travel the country teaching seminars on proper salesmanship.
