“There's so many things to do at this gym. There's divided sex locker rooms so that's a given good. They have weights, treadmills, arm and leg workouts and lots of medicine balls. They have a smoothie bar which I love going to. So many different options! It's a very welcoming environment and it's a great gym. They also can watch your kids and on the weekends kids may enter the gym 1-6 PM. It's so convenient for me.”

The instructors are phenomenal and take the time and patience to help each student advance while developing their strength, coordination, and skills. The birthday parties are the best- the kids have a great time while getting good exercise too.
