In a post-pandemic world where the majority of doctors and nurses can not be bothered to do their job at all (let alone correctly) Rao and Bob have proven that not only are they experienced and educated, but they actually care. Dr. Rao has never rushed me off the phone or been unprofessional or rude, I think a lot of these other reviews may be from people that are not the most intelligent and don't understand this man is VERY busy and doesn't have time to explain 5 different times to go get a COVID test from Rite Aid *shrugs*”
