“Great, very knowledgeable travel doctor; however, my daughter's travel required her to get the yellow fever vaccine, which they do not have at this office. I feel they should have informed us prior to the visit. As I now had to take my daughter to another travel Dr to get the yellow fever vaccine. It cost me time and 2 consultation fees ( $140 extra) unnecessarily. When we first called the office they should not have even made us an appointment, they should have said call one of the travel doctors who have the vaccine.”

“I booked a last minute appointment here without reading reviews to help with my Muscle Tension Dysphonia pain, which was very bad. I was desperate for anything I could find and I couldn’t have been luckier to have ended up in the care of Dr. Diem. He took the time to listen to my concerns and needs all while offering sympathy and support regarding my disability. Before the actual acupuncture, he gave me advice on how to self manage the pain. That was about a week ago and my MTD pain has changed dramatically with following the advice. Now on to the glorious acupuncture. Words cannot describe the attention to detail given to ensure I felt safe and comfortable along the way. After the needles were in I was then given an electrical current. I felt a huge sense of relaxation nearly immediately. And then there is Dr. Ming. Wow. After acupuncture Dr. Ming came in to assist with a medical massage. Finding someone to challenge Dr. Diem’s kindness would be nearly impossible, but Dr. Ming was up for the task. He worked out tension in my muscles that I didn’t even know was possible. Again, with kindness. After I was given a water, (and before the session a lovely ginger tea), by the sweetest woman to have ever lived. I was lucky to have found this place so last minute and randomly. I will be going back to the practitioners here as their kindness and knowledge is unmatchable. I finally have hope I can manage my disability.”

“I have read a lot of reviews here, and the negative ones make it seems like I'm reading about a hospital in an alternate reality. I have been to this hospital many times and have never had anything but great care there. It's very clean, the hospital staff is caring and helpful, the doctors and nurses that I have been associated with have been amazing. They treat you like you're family. Yes, you sometimes have to wait at the emergency room, but that's the way it is at all hospitals, in my experience. We are so luck to have a small local hospital in our area that has caring, quality doctors, nurses, and staff. They have been working hard in the last several years to bring in specialists so we don't have to go to Buffalo. As far as the review about the emergency room not letting anyone go in with their loved one, I have never seen that. Their rule is to let one person go in with each patient. I have personally experienced that several times at all times of day and night. They have even let two people go in on occasion. When the emergency room doctor had to give me the news that my mom was terminal, he let my husband come in also to help me cope with such bad news. Long live Bertrand Chaffee Hospital!”
