Every child at the dojo helps teach my son not just karate, but basic human interactions. Kyoshi Herman is so patient that he shows my son combinations and skills over and over again until he finally understands, without getting frustrated or annoyed. Kyoshi has such a fun way of learning skills that the children respond positively. He not only teaches the skill necessary to promote levels of belts, but every day skills needed in this world today such as active shooter drills. The dojo has nerf wars days and movie nights where the children are not just associates in the dojo, but friends, even brothers and sisters. If you are looking for a place to train and learn karate for you or your children, this is the place!!”
