This studio showed me that it's really different from yoga (a common misconception), and is mostly geared towards body repair and fitness longevity, so that I can do other sports with less issues moving forward. My body buzzes and my posture gets better with every session. I appreciated learning a groundwork in the private sessions first with Mary before joining in on group sessions with Jocelyn.
