The office is very clean and the staff is very efficient with time management we are always seen at or before our appointment time no unreasonable wait times. Recently a family member had a dental emergency and couldn’t seem to get an appointment anywhere. I called Dr. Chen and she saw him immediately and even stayed late to fix the issue. “I recently joined FC chaos over the summer, and right from the start Sal along with all the amazing trainers made me feel right at home! Their workouts are the best, and have a great variation between weight training and boxing. You can choose to do private training sessions, or take one of their many weekly classes. I was a beginner at boxing, and all the trainers worked with me to learn the basics and gain confidence. Highly recommend if you are looking to change up your workouts or try something new!”

“Dr. George is the best around! I've been dealing with a GI disorder/disease since I was a kid. Over the last few years I have been having an ongoing flare up and my quality of life was starting to become pretty miserable. Taken on the recommendation of my GI doctor here in Syracuse, Dr. Reedy, I went down to NYC for an appointment with Dr. George. Easily the nicest doctor's office I've ever been to, but that's what you get when you're on 5th Ave across from Central Park. Dr. George was the absolute best! He took the time to meet with me and my wife and really understand how my disease was impacting me. He ended up prescribing medication that was not as commonly used to treat my disease, but it worked! This is the best I've felt in years and I will be forever grateful to Dr. George for helping me get things back on track! Well worth the 5 hour drive to see him, would do it 1,000 times over. He genuinely cares about making sure his patients receive the care they need. A++++++++++++++++++”

If after peacefully speaking a resolution has not been met, and there are continued threats, anger, or disrespect then for the well being of everyone, find a practitioner that really best suits your needs. We will also not be bullied to do things improperly. Maybe we are being confused with a restaurant? My father has been doing this for over 30 years and we are not perfect by any means - we are are humans, parents, sisters, brothers, grandparents. In the order we have found to function, we can not always appease everyone. We certainly have to uphold our set rules as any professional clinic does, but we dedicate each and every moment with our patients honestly.”
