“My dad spent several months in the rehab after having a stroke and heart failure. We couldn't be more pleased with the choice we made to send him to The Grand. The staff is absolutely amazing, from the front desk down to maintenance. This facility treats everyone with such respect. My dad never complained about ànyone or anything including the food. The facility always has activities to keep the patients busy. Only down fall was the rooms don't have individual phones and my dad didn't have a cell phone..BUT he could go to the nurses station or cafeteria to call or we could call the nurses station and they would have him call us back. This is the place you'd want to consider. It's scary for everyone but knowing he was there made these last few months more barrable. We thank you The Grand and wonderful staff”
