She is thoughtful, tailors the class to how my body is feeling that day, is extremely detailed with form and really challenges me. It's a fantastic workout. She has also given me plenty of exercises to do at home to complement my routine and post my runs. The studio is beautiful and kept well sanitized and sparkling clean. It's a great space.
