“I know its hard to believe what people post up, but please know that this is truly true. My mother is on a ventilator since Nov 8, where she had a trake, feeding tube put in. My mother went to another rehab, which was horrible (they gave her the wrong food and she choked). My mother was rushed to Good Sam, where it was an excellent hospital. I was so nervous, searching other places for my mother to get respiratory rehab. My mother has been at Northern Manor for 2 weeks. The staff at this place have been absolutely amazing. The respiratory team, therapy, nurses, nurse director, aides, and everyone in the building has been pleasant, loving, and compassionate. They have been accommodating, as I am a New York City Teacher and need extended visiting hours. My mother is my best friend and she deserves nothing but the best. Yes, nothing is perfect in life, but this place has done a great job so far. Thank you to all the staff at Northern Manor and please keep up the great work you all do.”

“We arrived at the WellNow Urgent Care in Springville NY last night 30 minutes before they close with my 1 yr old that fell and gashed his head open on a toy. Even though they were so close to closing they did not send us to the local hospital emergency room. Instead they got us right in and were amazing with my son. The staff was so friendly and concerned. The receptionist, the nurses, the doctor, all were amazing. The facility was very modern and clean. It was 6 stitches for my little guy. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to get us through this difficult situation. Professional, caring, and kind. We are so appreciative.”

“I’ve been using Mike as my primary for a few years now. I’ve since moved much further away and most people would find a new primary care physician to see. I would drive even further if I had to, to work with Mike and his team over at Acacia family health. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and listens to their concerns and really takes that into account when he makes a plan for whatever it is I’m needing at that time. I just couldn’t imagine anyone leaving him less than 5 stars, I’m assuming they are serial 1 star offenders that find an issue with everything, everywhere. Highly recommend giving Mike a call!”

“Although I’m not a regular patient or customer of his, I’ve randomly gone to Dr. Wolfe’s office twice in the past few months; once for a replacement lens and then for readjusting a couple pairs of glasses. Dr. Wolfe and his staff are extremely warm, accommodating, and unpretentious, and helped me with my readjustments, regardless of the fact that I’m not a patient. However, I may now reconsider that!”
