“So, it's a little long but I'll try to summarize. About two months ago I came here for a rotation and tire re-balancing. Super nice group and pretty laid back in my eyes. Everything went smooth, off I go. This morning I replaced my brakes with a friend to save money and hang out together. While doing it, he noticed I was missing a spacer ring to my custom rims. I came back here to explain the situation and the mechanic remembered me and/or my car and replied 'we kept it for you.' I was super happy about this and in ways blown away. I really appreciated they held onto it despite not remembering what car it went to. I do not fault them for the spacer ring, if anything, I am complementing them for holding onto it. I can't say I ever worked with a shop or a dealership that does that. Thanks guys I really appreciate it.”
