“When my daughter got lice for the first time at 15 I had no idea how to treat it. I got a RID kit and attempted to treat it myself. My daughter has very thick hair and it took hours. Within a few days she was itching again. I clearly missed an egg. Having gone through it I would have come to DeLiceful immediately and saved myself time and money on the kit. Rosa is the person that treated her and she was extremely thorough and sweet. She was very informative as well. I had her check my head as well because I was itchy and I swore I'd gotten it from my daughter. Rosa checked me thoroughly and advised I didn't have it. She easily could have told me I did and made an additional $175 to fake treat me. I really appreciate how ethical they are. The store was very comfortable and made the process a lot easier. There is a big television where my daughter watched Netflix and an assortment of candy and snacks. I can not say enough about this business. Definitely five stars! Thank you Rosa and DeLiceful for making an awkward and scary experience so much better!”
