I literally called Orkin a week ago and they tried to sell me $1,200.00 and made me pay a year service upfront as well. Two days in a row they were a no show and I got my money back. Next day called Terminix who promised someone to come out promptly bc they wanted to show up their competition (orkin) which led to them not responding back to me and not until a day and half later. I called platinum pest and they answered on the second ring and I had a technician in the next 5 hours. Great company!!! Don’t be fooled by the big names, this company is legit.”
