I had been searching for an engagement ring for my girlfriend to propose in a few weeks. I had researched a lot online and thought I knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived in person. However there were a few things I didn’t consider and I feel incredibly fortunate I had Nina to assist me along the process. Nina was incredibly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. During that process I felt as though Nina had really advocated for me by educated me on what I should be looking for and giving me an unrushed personalized experience by taking the time to show me many different options before I could finally decide. Hands down the best experience I have had in making a significant purchase. I recently proposed the past weekend and it was an absolute success! The engagement ring came out absolutely perfect.
