“A wonderful neighborhood library with helpful staff and solid collection of books and resources. We were sad to see that the book club has not reemerged yet, but hopefully that will change post pandemic. I have had consistently good success in getting all my hold requests fulfilled. Bravo!”

“The Harrison Public Library is both a haven of calm and a beehive of activity, depending on your needs and mood. There are private study carrels and peaceful reading nooks but also a vibrant children's program and jam-packed event schedule. The library also holds a number of novel and fun fundraising events such as the Taste of Harrison restaurant tour and an "oldies" classic rock night at a local tavern.”

“We enjoyed a wonderful, informative tour and were able to ask a lot of questions. Our guide Meghan was knowledgeable, friendly, and authoritative. We toured in June, so the gardens outside were just lovely. Lots of great information about the owners, but also about the workers who kept Cherry Hill running. Highly recommended.”

“This is a beautiful setting in a beautiful neighborhood. The exhibits are well done, but they aren't so extensive or so numerous that you feel overwhelmed — you can feel like you get something out of it even in a short visit. And don’t miss the library on the second level. You can view it from just inside the doors, or if you want to see it more up close and peruse some of its holdings, you can sign in at the library’s front desk.”

Were so impressed with the great information and history storytelling that we ended up adding on a tour of the Hart-Cluett Mansion, which was also fascinating. Kudos to our tour guides Andrew and Kathy. A very educational and inspiring day.”

“Love this place. The space is warm and friendly. The in-house collection is fairly diverse but I would say their e-book collection through Hoopla and Libby has even more to offer. They have a quiet section great for studying with large tables that have outlets built into the space. Plenty of computers for web browsing and printing. I especially love that there are so many kid-friendly activities that are held at a variety of times during the day both in-person and virtually. This is my fave go-to spot with the kids. Something for everyone!”

The adult section has been reorganized and is good to work in. Plenty of computers, tables, and free wifi.”
