Wind Rush Cottage Inn

Address: 14722, 18 Simpson Ave, Mayville, NY 14757, USA

Lodging

“The Wind Rush Cottage is open year-round and I can't imagine a nicer place to stay in Chautauqua. The décor is charming, the rooms are comfortable and clean (looks like they've been remodeled very recently), and the shared sitting/dining room is perfect for getting to know and enjoy the company of the other guests. The owner, Betty, is very sweet. My room, on the second floor with a queen bed, was very spacious and included a Jacuzzi tub and direct access to a screened-in porch which opened to another porch overlooking Simpson Avenue. The location can't be beat. There's also a shared kitchen, A/C, and laundry. What a great find. This is the kind of place where you don't want to leave, but you can't wait to get home to write a great review. Thanks Betty! Five stars plus is definitely very well deserved!!”

The Inn at One Bank Street

Address: 1 Bank St, Randolph, NY 14772, USA

Lodging

“My husband and I stayed here in January for two nights. Our room was very clean, warm, inviting and accommodating. The new innkeeper Ann provided instructions for us to obtain a key from a local store when we arrived in town. In our room was a lovely note and bottle of my husband's favorite wine! Later on after returning from her appointment, Ann greeted us in person and we chatted about the rich history of the inn. We are so glad we chose such a centrally located place within walking distance to good food, friendly people and steeped in Amish history. A welcoming place we hope to go back and explore again.”

Bottle Tree Bed & Breakfast

Address: 6612 NY-19A, Portageville, NY 14536, USA

Lodging

“Although the bottle tree is no longer part of this beautiful house, you can still travel back in time while staying at Gail's bed and breakfast. The house dates back to the 1850s and you feel a bit like in the past. The interior has a lot of old and lovely decoration and furniture and Gail can tell you a lot of stories about the house. Breakfast was awesome and you'll feel right at home with that much of food. :) Reservation wasn't necessary so just pay attention to not miss the driveway and have quiet and pleasant stay here. The breakfast was awesome and Gail listened care”

Salvatores Grand Hotel

“Great place to eat and stay! We usually do the Sunday special. Room, dinner voucher and breakfast. One of our granddaughters favorite places too! Great food, service and the rooms are really nice@”

East Norwich Inn

Address: 6321 Northern Blvd, East Norwich, NY 11732, USA

Lodging

“I think this hotel is not unclean. Compared with others, it is worthy of its price. The room is large and there are many facilities. Although there is no breakfast, the service is not as good as that of a motel. Although the decoration is old, it is still quite good. Clean and affordable. Compared with ordinary hotels in other places that cost more than 100 US dollars, those prices are too high for ordinary people's income levels, so this is a better choice. However, the nearby municipal roads are not good. I don't know where to go. What are all the taxpayers' money being used for?”

Woodcrest Pet Resort

Address: 9370 Sawmill Run Rd, Little Valley, NY 14755, USA

Lodging

“Nothing but the best for our cat. Have been coming back to have him enjoy a vacation while we seek the salty waters of Florida. Our cat seemed uninterested in immediately returning home. Seems he was enjoying his stay. Highly recommend a stay at this pet resort.”

Budget Inn

Aalsmeer Motel & Cottages on Otsego Lake

Address: 7078 NY-80, Cooperstown, NY 13326, USA

Lodging

“Just stayed overnight in Cabin 10, such a peaceful serene location on the lake. Absolutely had a wonderful stay, the host is extremely friendly and accommodating. I sat out on the deck at night and a fun time stargazing. Waking up was also extremely pleasant as I slept so well. Definitely would return.”

Saratoga Casino Hotel

Address: 342 Jefferson St, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, USA

Lodging Restaurant

“Cool place to stay for a couple of days if you don't lose all of your money in the casino downstairs. The room was clean and had heating and air conditioning with a nice shower, all for a fair price. I did go in the off-season for the horse racing and would like to experience it more when it gets more popular later in the year. Casino is only virtual tables and slots with no real dealers, but my wife and I still had fun making money on Roulette, then losing all the earnings. And don't forget the pool with a hot tub.”

Crowne Plaza Albany - the Desmond Hotel, an IHG Hotel

Address: 660 Albany Shaker Rd, Albany, NY 12211, USA

“Best hotel and convention center in the Capital District. Rooms are clean, peaceful, and spacious. Myriad options for large events and banquets. Mr. D's has great food, and great staff. If you have food allergies, the Chef or Restaurant manager will make sure your meal is free of any cross-contamination and ensure a safe dining experience for every single customer. Dave and Chef Dale made sure my food was perfect, and service from Shannon was great!”

Dream Lake Campground

Address: 4391 Old Buffalo Rd, Warsaw, NY 14569, USA

“This was our first time at this campground. The staff are friendly and our site was large and level, which is hard to get. When we found out they had fish fries on Friday, we ordered 4. They were absolutely delicious! So crisp, hot, and not greasy at all. We truly enjoyed our time there and we will definitely be going again!!”

Sky Motel

Address: 125 3rd Ave, Lindenhurst, NY 11757, USA

Lodging

“Update: So far I am here 4 weeks and it has been a wonderful and great to stay here so far. I have nothing bad to say about the Sky Motel. If you don't stay here. Your are waisting your time and money. They have very fair prices. If you stay here you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend staying here at Sky Motel. When Traveling or in need of a room. I would rather stay at at a respectable place then a dump and take my life in my hands. Ty,Sky Motel owner and manager... Update: Anthony Tumbiolo, ROOM 22. Still here 6 weeks later. Still nothing bad or negative to say about Sky Motel, Lindenhurst, NY. THE PLACE IS STILL CLEAN, AND THERE STILL NO BUG HERE. NO NOTHING. I HAVE ENJOYED EVERY DAY HERE. Take my advice and give Sky Motel a try. You will like it as much as I do. It is now the end of August 2022. I am still here at the Sky Motel. I still stick by my review. I have nun of the complaints that a very few have posted. My room is still clean and neat. Whatever I need everyone is very nice and helpful. This is still a good place to stay. It is very quiet at night and it is in a nice and safe neighborhood right by New York route 109 also known as Farmingdale Road in North Lindenhurst. Right across the street from West Babylon. At this Motel the whole time I am here I have never one see the Suffolk County Police called to this property. The people that stay here all nice people. I see 👪 with little kids staying here. I even have seen family groups Traveling together staying here. The whole time I have been here I have not seen one bug, Spider or Roach not one. I still say this place is a good bang for your buck. If you require the Hilton or Marriott then by all means go there. If your looking for nice neat and clean. Then this place is for you. Take it from someone who has be been here for a real long stay. I highly recommend the Sky Motel. Update: sometime an error with bedding and cig burns may occur. That s what happens when a Hotel or Motel has smoking room. Most Places are making their properties non smoking properties. If a problem happens or occurs in any Hotel or Motel. One should quietly and respectful go to the front desk with your concerns. Most establishment will address the problem and correct problem. Provided you show proper respect to those running the establishment. I have been here a few months already and for me it is a home away from home 🏡. They work very hard keeping this place clean. I see the owner the manager and his wife and maid. Cleaning and working around the Motel several hours a day. So if you think you can do better. Go, buy or lease a Hotel or Motel. Then you will see how much work goes into keeping your establishment running properly. I know first hand what it takes. I my Father and my Family owned 2 Motels For many years and a rooming house. So,I think I know what goes into running a Hotel or Motel. The hospitality industry is brutal. People are not always nice or respectful. Always be nice to other and they will be nice to you. Thank you very much. I still stand bye my review and whole heartedly recommend Sky Motel,Lindenhurst, Long Island,NY. Anthony Tumbiolo Room 22.”

Spa Castle

Address: 131-10 11th Ave, Queens, NY 11356, USA

Spa Lodging

“Spa Castle has definitely changed since the last time I came about eight years ago! Clean, attentive, detailed and variety of options to do. Definitely ideal if you want to relax and destress however; these are my two personal cons. 1: not strictly adults. There are families here with their little ones and it was something out of the norm for me since I usually book adults-only spots. Though the outdoor pool was cool (but to note: many of the jet machines were broken) I stayed away because of the amount of little kids there. Luckily they have spa in the men's locker room which was great! It is geared more towards adults however we did see a kid go inside with his family but security escorted them all out. 2: I understand the cost to attend for a day (I paid around $54 on a Friday) but everything else inside was sky rocketed. If you're trying to relax while being on a budget, please reconsider that the prices inside the spa are not budget friendly at all. A watered down margarita shouldn't be $24. Overall, would definitely go back again!”

Colden Lakes Resort

“Very nice campground. We have not been here since our adult children were little but we had a wonderful time. The second generation owners are fabulous. Thank you so much Dan and Flora for everything! I wish the weather had been a little better so we could have used that beautiful pool!”

Astoria Delancy Inn & Suites

Address: 37-11 23rd St, Queens, NY 11101, USA

Lodging

“This was the best budget friendly hotel that I've stayed at in Queens! The front desk personnel were all pleasant, welcoming, and efficient. The property was very clean including the stairwell, hallway and elevator. The room, albeit small, was nice and clean. My room had a balcony with a decent skyline view. My only complaints were the fact there were only two hangers in the closet which did not fit the hanger bar so I had no place to hang my coat and other items. Secondly the parking advertised is far away, however, there was ample metered street parking a block or two away. Oh, be sure to check out the supermarket on 36th Avenue. They're open 24/7 and have quality prepared food along with other regular grocery items at unbelievably reasonable prices. Overall it was a nice experience. I would definitely stay here again.”
