“The flame sensor in our heating unit had went out the night before New Year’s Eve. This was pretty frustrating in itself not because of the timing, but mainly because we had the same problem happen the same time last year. We called around to Precise, Arnica and even PAC which we used last year to check out the same issue. We finally got in touch with someone from SI Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning and had John come out New Year’s Eve. He was friendly, transparent and incredibly knowledgeable about what the issue could be. During the visit we luckily found out the flame sensor was dirty and just needed to be clean and that we didn’t need a new circuit board. We’ll definitely use them again, thanks so much John!”

“Sorry for the late review but these guys deserve it! I contacted Bayside Plumbing for my elderly mother who had an emergency around 8pm ish about 3 weeks ago. She had a water leak in her basement for a few days without her knowing; the situation caused her a lot of anxiety, which is not good for her high BP and other health conditions. John and his team handle the situation expeditiously and with great personal care. Not only did they identify and fix the major water break but they also deescalated my mother's worries and worked closely with the Insurance agent to make sure she would get the appropriate reimbursement.
