“Great holiday vibe with attentive service. I like the steamed mussels from the appetizer. The complementary bread goes well with the spicy tomato soup. Arctic char is a little bit dry, but the pasta with tomato and basil is simply great. By the way, their bathroom is cute, very vintage~”

“This is a great restaurant. Came here as part of a bachelor party weekend and it was a blast. The service and food was exceptional. We had a wonderful tasting menu which was arranged in advance. The restaurant is unique, a little out of the way, but definitely worth it.”

“I had dinner here with a friend just a few days before Christmas. Lime Jungle (Chelsea) is a welcoming, cozy Mexican place with incredibly friendly service. I had a couple flavored (many flavors are offered) margaritas which were very good and some chicken / steak fajitas which were also excellent. My friend really enjoyed her food as well. Prices are pretty typical for NYC. If you’re in the area, you should check it out.”

“Seems like I never left, used to go to Scopa and enjoyed it very much, but now it’s a new and improved version. Their excellent thin-crusted pizza is amazing just like in Italy. Great well-balanced wine list. Bruce and I will definitely be back.”

“Found this place while walking around the Hudson Riverside. It's a really cool place with awesome food. Beer was great (order the 'pilot'). The bartender (Katherine) was great. It's a good spot for just chilling out or a romantic dinner! It's a seasonal place, so you gotta hurry up if you wanna visit this place this year. It was a really great and unique experience. Highly recommend it.”

“Atmosphere was great for a day time, large group birthday party. Everyone was able to order their own food and drinks as they joined the party. Loved their mushroom pizza. Could smell the truffle from afar.”

“The place is really good. It was my first time there, and we could not locate it since there is no name or easy way to locate it. There is the symbol, which made me feel like I am going inside a secret cult place that was fun! The cocktails are really innovative and good. Food is all shiny and pretentious portions and tastes good. Definitely a good experience. The server was good but very stiff and kind of adding pressure (thats why I couldn't give it 5 star). I hope sitting on bar is better service experience. In all its a good place for drinks with friends or co-workers.”

“Wonderful layout in this place. Lots of room to move throughout 3 different rooms. Clean design and plenty of seating. Food was yummy. Drinks are priced as they are in Manhattan. An overall fun vibe.”

“Cozy spot with wonderful food! The environment was unique without feeling like it was trying hard and the food felt genuinely Mexican while also incorporating a unique style and point of view. Staff were great. They have a fun waiting area which I won't spoil for you, and they incopote plants indoors in a cool way I would highly recommend! Get the tacos!!”

“A tiny little place on Christopher street. All Italian staff is extremely entertaining, the focaccia bread will leave you asking for more. Pasta options are standard but great, true Italian lasagna with all the cheese that makes it slide! And we got a extra meringue treat! Could not ask for more. New place, hope it keeps it up!”

“I came along this place walking my route to work & it is a great find! The lady who works the counter in the mornings is very friendly. The breakfast smoothie is the greatest. I had to talk myself from ordering a smoothie every day. They make a great BLT also. It’s always clean and your feel welcome to the nice environment”

“- Tacos with hard shell - pretty tasty, would opt with grilled steak or other grilled meat, as the chili one gets the shell all soggy. Good size shell and quantity of meat This place's name keeps changing. Was formerly 211 New Taco.”

“I actually really liked this place! It’s super cheap and the food is really good. I got the prosciutto mozzarella sandwich and I thought it was really flavorful. My favorite bites of each sandwich half were the last few because the olive oil or pesto was concentrated there giving the sandwich an extra flavor boost. I got a brownie as well and it was good and pretty cheap, but it wasn’t overly special. I also got a tomato soup which I truthfully wasn’t a fan of. It was good when I dipped the bread into eat, but it had a strange texture-almost like pulp or grits. The flavor was there, the texture just needed to be smoothed out. The ambiance of the place is super cozy, and they have really cool art for sale for good prices, if you’re into that! I really want to go back to try the breakfast and the ravioli!”

“This Perfect Restaurant Because It’s Tex-Mex”
Address: 238 E 14th St, New York, NY 10003, USA
“Your little greasy-unhealthy-localized yet yummy-quickly-friendly restaurant! I almost missed this place as the entrance was rather small. The environment wasn’t pleasant as it smelt oily - but hey this is a shop for friend chicken and pork belly! Got a minced pork belly over rice with fried chicken. It wasn’t authentic-not Taiwanese, but it was tasty! The pork belly wasn’t too fatty which I like, and the additional fried chicken (+2) wasn’t too salty nor saucy. The rice bowl also comes with some cabbage and pickled vegetables. A little overcooked but the taste was good. The portion was large and the service fast & friendly. No complaint with the expectations of a little fast-food-like place!”

“I have been here a handful of times before and typically it’s been a perfectly good experience. This time however I waited a surprising long time for my order. After some time the waitress, without prompting, let me know she had escalated to the manager and let him know I had been waiting too long. Shortly after the manager appeared with my food and an apology. I think my order had been lost in the kitchen somehow. These mistakes sometimes happen so I was grateful for a server and a manager that took the time to let me know they were aware that I had been waiting too long and that my service mattered. Food was fine, length of wait too long but service was excellent.”

“The food was really good! Took my mother here on a Sunday night. The cuisine was juicy, yummy, and filling. The price were above average, but everything tasted fresh.”
