The only complaint I had was with the rice. I've felt their rice is a little dry, but still flavorful. A very small complaint to an overall good experience. Highly recommended if you're in the east meadow area.”

“Nice people who owns this restaurant. The only thing I ever purchase is broccoli with white rice, the broccoli extra soft. Whenever the owner sees me or if I call she knows exactly what I want and she doesn't make me purchase a certain amount of food in order to receive delivery. The only thing I don't really care for is when I order my broccoli with garlic sauce, it doesn't taste like garlic sauce to me it tastes like some type of sweet red pepper flakes sauce. It's still good though just not what I expect garlic sauce like.”

The prices are perfectly matched for the portion size. You think it’s too much? You’ll be taking some food home for a few days. Don’t you worry. It’s worth every penny. The Chinese Chicken is top notch. I had to put that out there before I note anything else. We started with La Parma salads which were a nice, light opener. Then we got the Brussels sprouts, calamari, Chinese chicken, salmon, and a pasta with broccoli. I won’t even try to explain it. It was all so good. Go for yourself and understand why this is such an incredible institution.”
