“Randomly stumbled upon this spot! We were driving from NJ to Montréal, Canada and hit the Albany area for a late breakfast/early lunch. The place is so cute! A bunch of small rooms, dark wood trim, fireplaces, old portraits. Food service was efficient and food was tasty. I had the chicken club sandwich-chicken was soft and moist. Fries were also great. Others in my group had the stuffed French toast (good, but wouldn’t call it stuffed. It was a breakfast sandwich with French toast bread), grilled cheese and potato soup (asked for white bread but received marbles rye, also the cheese was a thin strip, or gooey like you would expect), and a burger. Also had the maple latte-excellent! Very sugary but it was a treat so it’s fine. Also, we went around 10:30am on a Thursday. No wait to be seated.”

When I walked in it look like a typical Pizza joint, I got the opportunity to speak to Brian and he gave us a small tour and explanation of this establishment. How the oven is over 120 years old , how they use Oak to make the fire and they prepare mozzarella in-house and how many hours it takes for the onions to cook (I believe he said six , I could be wrong) Also got the opportunity to meet the owner super friendly down to earth humble man. The vibe is amazing feels very Brooklyn. Customer service five stars I had the opportunity to order regular Pizza pie ,grandma and the white pizza everything was amazing . Thin crust very delicious . Hands-down top 5 Pizza places I have ever tried. Also had a arugula salad very good. I highly recommend to visit this spot . Just sit enjoy every bite.”

Also, all the fruit was fresh as well and was indeed scrumptious! I LOVED the pineapple dole whip one and it paired amazingly with the boba topping (super refreshing)! The girl that was there (Ashley I think her name was) greeted me and I've never felt more welcome! She was extremely friendly (inside joke)! “The best way to put it is, it felt like nacho mama invited us to her home and cooked us lunch. The meal tasted fresh and home made. The atmosphere felt friendly and inviting, as you can see in our lovely picture 😂. Oh, and the bathroom was CLEAN. We ordered the Mama's ribs, nachos and the a la plancha. All were very good. Nacho Mama and her staff were attentive and friendly, always making sure we were being taken care of. Truly a great experience both taste wise and customer service. “Well this was an unexpected pleasant surprise. We had the Mediterranean Style broiled fish and it was excellent. At the base was a perfectly cooked, tender and juicy piece of haddock. It was topped with sautéed spinach, onions, tomatoes, and feta cheese. Included was a house salad which was fresh and crisp, and tasty mashed potatoes. Even the coleslaw was delicious. “A little gem hidden in Mount Kisco that everyone should check out. Their 24 hour braised short rib my family got was out of this world with perfectly cooked polenta. Everyone was sharing out of my dish, which was the ragu pasta, and we almost ordered one just for the table with how much we enjoyed it. Fun atmosphere and super nice staff! The building itself is so beautiful inside, and the added on tables and light fixtures they put in really help amp up the charm. I highly recommend coming here, even if just for drinks as their bar is amazing; It's also owned by the same restaurant group as Exit 4, another highly loved place in Mount Kisco.”
