“My husband and I were in the area and decided to stop in. We ended up sharing 2 pies and a pitcher of sangria (peach and strawberry).. I’m very indecisive so I asked our server Adrian for his advice and he was the best. He gave me his recommendations based on what he likes but also urged that I try their signature pizza as it’s a crowd favorite and I’m glad he did. It was amazing! Sweet with a bit of spice! He also served up the best sangria sweet but not too sweet! Delicious! Would definitely recommend and will be back to try some more dishes. “My kids like KFC, that's why for the lanch today we decided to have a food on Kentucky Fried Chicken. We You know, as everywhere Chicken was good, soup, pasta and French Fries were also good. In contrast to our previous visit to KFC in Miami, service was perfect. Bathrooms were very clean, I was surprised. Thank you for everything, we'll definitely come again. “I love Merengue! I been going here for years but this was the first time I dined in. And honestly everyone is so kind and friendly there. I don’t speak good Spanish but the girls behind the counter were such sweethearts and Alex the owner is also so kind, warm and welcoming. The food is delicious! While we were eating there was a guy playing music from the country my family is from and he also bought us shots of tequila. Definitely didn’t expect that! We felt so comfortable and right at home. The sweet plantains is so delicious- my hubby all time favorite- but the yellow rice and beans- definitely my favorite!! My hubby and I loved every thing. Will definitely be coming back.”

“Re-opened and under new ownership, Arthur’s Tavern is better than ever! Ya might want to complain that the dive bar formerly known as Arthur’s Tavern is gone (you miss the dusty decorations, hitting your head when you sat down along the wall, going into the creepy leaky bathroom…)… but once you go, you’ll be incredibly surprised that the spruced up jazz room now known as Arthur’s Tavern is alive, comfortable, clean and friendly(!!) and probably closer to the 1937 version of the original Arthur’s Tavern!! The regular Sunday night band (every Sunday since the 1980’s) The Creole Cookin’ Jazz band is back (7p-10p)! The Monday night band, The Grove Street Stompers (playing every Monday since the ‘60-‘70’s!) are also back, 7p-10p! I spent a lot of time in the pre-pandemic Arthur’s (my trombone-playing dad-in-law has played in the Sunday night band since the 80’s!) and being there last night (Sunday 5/1/22) for the first time since the re-opening (April 29, 2022) I can tell you, there’s nothing I miss of the old Arthur’s. The new owners did a magnificent job of renovation/restoration. If you do miss the old Arthur’s, check out the photos, on the new walls, of the old dive. Dixieland Trad Jazz is here!”

“Incredible pizza!! I'm here visiting from California and I don't think I've ever had better pizza. The pepperoni is super flavorful, and the crust is killer. I really like the old school decor, it feels like the way pizza places were when I was a kid. Our waitress was on it, keeping me topped off with ICE COLD Labatt Blue Lights. “Great seafood! Went on a Sunday evening. The view is great, the food is great, our sever, Skyler, was spectacular! My wife cleaned her plate of the mussel entree, my aunt said the coconut shrimp was excellent. I had the turkey burger based on reviews, I’ll try something else next time. The pot roast poutine was excellent. I can’t say enough about Skyler. Ask to be seated away from the door to the patio.”
